How a project runs
Site & brief
We walk the site, review zoning and structural constraints, and put your budget on the table before we sketch anything.
Schematic design
Two to three directions, tested against light, ventilation and cost, narrowed down together with you.
Design development
The chosen concept becomes construction-ready drawings — architectural, structural and MEP, fully coordinated.
Permitting
We prepare and submit the PBG documentation and track approval so it doesn't stall your start date.
Construction & handover
Site supervision, budget tracking and quality checks through to SLF certification and handover.
